A: Virtual Assistants support multiple clients. Virtual Assistance
may not be a good option if you prefer working with a
specific person due to the multiple clients and projects.
Q: Am I required to commit to a specific number of hours
when I contract for a Virtual Assistant?
A: No, once we estimate how long your project or task will
take, you will be billed for that time period only. If the
hours are not used they can be refunded or rolled over to
the next project.

A: Payments can be made by cash, check or credit card.
Q: What if I have an urgent request for a project?
A: Urgent projects that require completion outside of our normal
business hours can be completed for a premium rate.
Q: Is there a minimum for On-Site Services?
A: The minimum time requirement for on-site services is three (3) hours. On-site services also
require advance scheduling. There is usually a lead time of 7-10 days for on-site services.
